Private Yoga Sessions – If you are looking to start a yoga practice or to enhance your existing practice then private sessions are a great way to avoid injury and safely take your practice to the next level.
Classes are available via live video calls and are recorded to help you to continue practicing on your own. Everyone is different and getting a practice designed to suite your body and your personal growth is the key to getting the most out of your practice.

Private Meditation Sessions – Meditation is no longer an optional life tool. In order to keep yourself above the fray in this warp speed paced world you must find peace and stillness within. So often people get confused with all the different meditations out there, trying to figure out what style, how to sit still and how long. Questions like “am I doing it right?” “Is it working?” “How do I stop thinking?” “How do I sit comfortably” are not always answered by the new meditation apps. Don’t waste your time clicking all over the internet to try and figure out what kind of practice you should do. Meditation can enrich your life in the most profound ways. You don’t want to take something so precious and leave it up to a Google search for guidance!!
Kathy has 20yrs plus experience teaching yoga and meditation. She has studied with the best teachers, traveled to India more than a dozen times to deeply explore the mystical world of meditation.

Group Yoga & Meditation Classes- Studying in a group brings a unique collective awareness that can meet each person on a very deep level. Witnessing others on the path of growth can be, humbling, inspiring, and down right heart-opening. Holding space for each other helps us to hold more compassionate space for ourselves which in turn cultivates more compassion for others. Compassionate space is a place of healing and pure potential.
